Text Box:   With the increasing amount of electronic controls and systems fitted to modern vehicles, the need to accurately test and evaluate components safely has never been more important. The Texa Oscilloscope kit for the Axone range, allows additional functionality from existing diagnostic equipment. Selecting “oscilloscope” from the IDC3 interface allows access to the program via the ACQ (acquisition) module using Bluetooth (Tribox only) or hard-wire (Axone 3 only.) The Oscilloscope program can be launched in two different modes, Manual (from the toolbar) and Auto (SIV, signal information viewing.) Auto mode is launched from the wiring diagram section of IDC3. Selecting a component activates the oscilloscope which is automatically configured based on the component selected. The accuracy of the signal produced by the component is then checked by the program.
